Terms and Conditions for Event Booking
Booking Confirmation: An event is considered booked only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. Full payment must be settled by the event date.
Event Date Changes: Any changes to the event date must be communicated at least one week in advance. If the new date is already booked, AMP Studio will not be held responsible for any inconvenience.
Package Duration:
- Basic and Bronze Birthday Packages include 2 hours of coverage.
- Wedding Packages include 4 hours of coverage.
Additional Charges:
- Charges for event duration exceeding the package time by 4 hours or more, or for events extending past midnight, will be doubled.
Photo and Video Deliverables:
- Event photos will be provided in unedited soft copies; only selected photos will be edited for the album.
- The album will be delivered within 20 working days after receiving the selected photos.
- Video delivery will be within 45 working days after receiving the selected songs from the customer.
- Requests for changes or edits to delivered videos must be made within 10 working days. The first edit is complimentary; subsequent edits will incur additional charges.
- Photo selection for prints or albums must be completed within 10 working days to avoid additional charges.
Corporate Events:
- Storyboards and project requirements must be confirmed by the assigned Point of Contact (POC). AMP Studio is not responsible for any missed recordings if not confirmed.
- The POC must ensure all corporate coverage requirements are confirmed before the event conclusion.
- Additional charges will apply for any separate or extra recordings not scheduled on the agreed event day.
Data Backup and Responsibility:
- Event data will be backed up for up to 3 months from the event date. AMP Studio will not be responsible for data beyond this period.
Discount Option:
- If a discount option is utilized, AMP Studio reserves the right to share event data (photos, reels, videos) on its official social media channels.
